Faithful Friday: Pain of Discipline, Pain of Regret

We must all suffer from one of two pains- the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.

Today’s Faithful Friday needs to be imprinted on my head, or at least that is how I am feeling today. Is there anything that you feel you need to be more disciplined with? I know there are several areas for me.

Start writing down the things you need to change. Think about what it will cost you if you don’t change make those changes? What does that that regret and pain truly feel like? Then, commit right then and there that you will do whatever it takes to make those changes.

They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. Start today. Make progress tomorrow, and the next, and each day after.

Your soul and future self will thank you.
